We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with ISTQB.app for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
Submit the form below with your account email and a short reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What's covered
- Individual plans ($49) — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Team packs ($199) — Full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no more than 2 team members have activated their seats
Refund process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Once a refund is issued, access to paid features will be revoked. Any progress data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to repurchase.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or credit at our discretion.
